Bring your group down to your local Pets at Home store, where your Beavers can learn about animals, and get their Animal Friend activity badge. To get the badge, they'll need to do all the fun activities in the workbook provided. Along the way, they'll learn all about the 5 Welfare Needs of animals.

How To Earn Your Badge

• Learn how to care for an animal
• Help to take care of that animal for six weeks.
• Tell others in your Colony or Lodge about the animal
• Find out what the animal needs. Learn about its food, habitat, space, exercise and sleeping area.
• Keep a note of how you have looked after the animal for two weeks. You can draw, take photographs or write short sentences

Terms and Conditions

1. By providing your details, you confirm that you are aged over 18 and agree with these T&Cs.
2. In the unlikely event that a workshop cannot go ahead, we will notify you by email but we will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you.
3. Children must be supervised at all times during the workshop by a parent or guardian.
