A safe place for your puppy to make friends and play. Our experts will be on hand to answer all your puppy related questions.

£10 per puppy for an hour of activities designed to teach them good social skills. Leave with £5 voucher off any purchase made on the day.

For fully vaccinated Small puppies, 12 to 16 weeks.

Only £10 per puppy, to be paid in store before the event.
You will receive a barcode in your confirmation email which you will need to take to store and pay at the till before the event starts.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PUPPY PLAYTIME EVENTS
These Terms and Conditions apply to any persons who book and/or attend a Puppy Playtime event held in a Pets at Home store (“Event”) and the booking of an Event/or attendance at an Event is considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Pets at Home.

DEFINITIONS
Activities means the activities that take place during the Event which may include: a meet and greet with Puppies brought to store, learning how to care for your Puppy and keeping your Puppy happy and healthy and interactive activities within the Events Area of the Store;Customer Services means the Pets at Home Customer Services Department, contactable at www.petsathome.com/homeofhelp

Events Area means the designated section of the Store provided for the Event to be held;Event Host means the Pet Care Advisor(s) who are responsible for hosting and running the Event; Participant means any person who attends the Event; Pets at Home means Pets at Home Ltd and any other entity within Pets at Home; Pet Care Advisors means store trained colleagues; Puppy and/or Puppies means puppies aged between 12 weeks and 26 weeks who are fully vaccinated; Store means the relevant Pets at Home store holding the Event;Store Manager means the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager and the Deputy Manager of the relevant Store.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are responsible for confirming with Pets at Home that their Puppies do not have any allergies or sensitivities and are fully vaccinated and insured.
Participants are responsible for informing the Store Manager or Event Host of any allergies or sensitivities including nut allergies and animal allergies that they may have.

Pets at Home does not accept responsibility for any allergic reactions caused as a result of Participants being present in Store. 
Pets at Home Stores have a high animal allergen presence therefore Participants who suffer from allergies and/or sensitivities to animals would be strongly advised to not attend and/or attend at their own risk. 

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their Puppies remain on their lead until the Events Area is sufficiently secured and the Event Host has confirmed that Puppies may be released from their lead.

Pets at Home does not accept responsibility for supervision of the Puppies. Supervision of the Puppies is the sole responsibility of Participants. 
In the event of a lack of supervision by the Participants of their Puppies, Pets at Home does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to any other Puppies or Participants. 

If the Participant’s Puppies display signs of aggressive behaviour towards other Puppies or Participants, Pets at Home shall be entitled to ask the Participant to ensure that their Puppies remain on a lead, and/or seek further advise from a behaviour specialist, and/or require the Participant to remove their Puppies from the Store.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable fee of £10 must be paid in full to Pets at Home either at the time of booking the Event in store or on the day of the Event when booking online.

IN-STORE VOUCHER
Participants will be provided with a printed £5 voucher to spend in the Store on the day of the Event. Exclusions apply, please see the terms and conditions on the voucher for further details.

BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS
 
Pets at Home shall be entitled to cancel an Event at any time. If Pets at Home decides to cancel an Event, it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Participant as soon as possible. If an Event is cancelled by Pets at Home, Participants shall be entitled to book an Event at another available date but no other compensation or refund shall be payable by Pets at Home.

If Participants wish to cancel their booking of an Event, they should contact Pets at Home at least 24 hours before the Event start time by either speaking to a Store Manager or Pet Care Advisor at the Store.

An Event will be time-specific and the time and date of each Event will depend on the age and size of your Puppy. Each Event is subject to a maximum of 4 Puppies and will be for up to 1 hour in duration.The start time and Activities for an Event will be stated at the time of your booking.
 
GENERAL
Pets at Home reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice.Nothing shall exclude Pets at Home liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; 
or(c) any other matter which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Pets at Home will not be liable for any:
(a) loss that is not caused by Pets at Home or that was caused by any event or circumstance beyond Pets at Home reasonable control;
(b) indirect, special or consequential losses; 
or (c) indirect or direct loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or damage to data or loss of goodwill.Pets at Home does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal property whilst onsite. 
 
Pets at Home does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.Pets at Home reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a Participant from the Store should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the relevant Store Manager on all matters of admittance will be final. 
 
Pets at Home reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the Store any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of Pets at Home. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions. 
 
Event arrival: All Participants are required to present themselves to the Event Host 10 minutes prior to the confirmed Event start time. A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions will have no right to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions.
Pets at Home reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time. 
 
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
